Mandarin Chinese Reading

On this page we prescribe a structured and enjoyable schedule for Mandarin students to improve their ability to read Mandarin Chinese. Most of the recommendations are novels that we have read ourselves and found useful and enjoyable in our Mandarin journey. We start off with basic Mandarin Chinese reading graded readers that you can use to practice the new words that you have learned in class or on an individual course of study. Follow these book recommendations throughout your course of study all the way up to advanced and native level reading skills. Follow us on this reading journey to make your Mandarin studies more enjoyable and more effective.
