This 不仅 ….而且 Mandarin Grammar can be translated as not only…. but also. In this case 不仅 bujin means not only, while erqie means also.

不仅 + 也
A simple way of utilising this grammar is to use 也 yě meaning and also. For example:
中国不仅历史悠久，还有很多名胜古。 Zhōngguó bùjǐn lìshǐyōujiǔ háiyǒu hěnduō míngshèng gǔ。
Chinese not only has a rich history but also lot’s of interesting historical sites.
英 国 不 仅 有 悠 久 的 历 史 韩 国 的 历 史 也 非 常 悠 久.

Another way we see 不仅 used is with 还 So here this means not only _____ but also ____. See the example below
